We pack cases in coolers with dry ice and gel packs so they leave our facility frozen. It’s possible they may soften in transit. As long as they arrive cold (at or below 40°F / 4°C), they can be placed straight back into the freezer and enjoyed later. Every shipping box is clearly labeled with handling instructions.
No. We don’t use artificial stabilizers, so ShiverSticks are crafted for long-term storage in the freezer.
They’re made with fresh, simple ingredients and are perishable. If they’ve softened but are still cold, refreeze promptly or enjoy soon. If a stick has warmed to room temperature, do not refreeze, please discard.
Separation can happen without stabilizers, that’s natural with real fruit and whole ingredients. Gently knead or shake the pouch to remix, then refreeze.
