It is your teams responsibility to unbox immediately upon arrival. Once each case is checked, immediately place product in your freezer upon delivery. Never stock or sell product that arrives warm or at room temperature.

It’s your team’s responsibility to confirm the product arrives cold (≤40°F / 4°C). Handling reminders are printed on each case and shipping box.
