• WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

    All orders placed by 11:59pm Wednesday evening will ship out the following Monday. All orders placed after 12:00am Thursday morning will ship out the week after. 

    Orders only ship on Mondays. We prep/fill/pack all of our orders for the following Monday shipments on Thursday-Friday. With the growth of our business we have decided to stay regimented about not adding orders to our planned shipments after Wednesday at 11:59pm. This is to keep the good flow and smooth process behind the scenes running to get orders out every Monday.

    HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER IN SHIPMENT?

    Once your order is processed in our fulfillment department, a tracking code will be autogenerated and emailed to the email we have on file for your account. We ship 99% of our orders through UPS.

    Although you may receive tracking information on a Friday, all shipments will ship on Mondays. It's possible our fulfillment team will impute your information into our system before the pickup day as they generate our labels.

    COST OF SHIPPING?

    We send our shipments out in a flat rate cooler box that holds up to 4 cases. Each shipment box holds up to 4 cases, and no more than 4. Each Flat Rate Shipment Box in your order is $43. No matter where you are in the country! If you order more than 4 cases, more flat rate shipping boxes will be packed. An additional $43 flat rate will be added for each shipment box we pack. (Therefore, ordering in quantities of 4 cases, gets you the best cost breakdown!)

    Note : Each case is 1 flavor packed with 30 sticks.

    HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKED IN SHIPMENT?

    Our cases ship frozen with dry ice and gel packs. Some softening or complete thawing can occur, that’s normal depending on their time in shipment. It is your teams responsibility to unbox immediately upon arrival.  Once each case is checked, immediately place product in your freezer upon delivery. Never stock or sell product that arrives warm or at room temperature.

    DO STICKS EVERY THAW IN SHIPMENT?

    WHAT SHOULD MY RECEIVING TEMPERATURE BE?

    It’s your team’s responsibility to confirm the product arrives cold (≤40°F / 4°C). Handling reminders are printed on each case and shipping box.

    WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES WARM, OR DAMAGED?

    1. Photograph the outer box, inner cases, and any temperature indicators.
    2. Email photos and your order number to sales@shiversticks.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can initiate an internal review and carrier claim.

    WHAT DO I DO IF MY SHIPMENT IS DELAYED IN TRANSIT, OR STUCK?

    We monitor shipments with you. Please document conditions on arrival (photos as above) and contact sales@shiversticks.com right away so we can help.
