RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Your ShiverSticks may thaw in transit. If this happens, just give them a little shake and lay flat to refreeze. If your ShiverSticks arrive warm, we’ll reship your order at our cost. Need customer service? Contact sales@shiversticks.com
NATIONWIDE SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We ship on Monday and Tuesday. Orders are delivered Tuesday through Friday, depending on the shipping destination, shipping method, and day and time of checkout. Please note orders processed after 12PM Tuesday will NOT ship until the following week. Certain days may be unavailable for delivery depending on location, holidays, and other factors. We cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
Once you’ve placed your order, we will send an email with your tracking information after the carrier processes your shipment. Be sure to get your product in the freezer as soon as possible!
